2. Services Provided Nationwide Yacht Buyers purchases yachts directly from owners. We offer a streamlined process including evaluation, offer, and direct purchase without listing services. Our services are provided "as is" with no warranty except as expressly stated herein.

3. User Obligations You must provide truthful and accurate information about your yacht during our evaluation process. You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale of your yacht or sailboat.
